Simply stated, you are incorrect. Black people do great with hair transplants, often better than white people because the color contrast between hair and skin is low, and the hair has a very curly character which is a far better characteristic than the straight hair of an Asian, for example. Also, scars and pimples are rarely a problem. Sometimes, surgeons do not want to perform hair transplants on people with African hair because it is a more difficult job for the surgical team and requires a high degree of skill, more than on Asians and Caucasians.
