Dear doctor, my doctors were warning not to take propecia coz they say they have side-effects. I gathered guts after reading posts i have started using it. I do feel my sexual tendencies have gone down….i.e. less sexual urges.

Its been 2 months. What should i do?

If you are asking me if you should stop taking Propecia because your doctor is telling you that there are side effects that you are not getting, then I would say that such advice is not worth listening to and then suggest that you continue taking it.

Did you have your scalp analyzed for miniaturization? That is a must or you will not have a measurement on its value to you, other than your less-than-objective eyes. If you are experiencing any side effects, then you need to confirm that it is caused by the Propecia. Let me know what side effect you are concerned about and maybe I can help you understand it. Most people who are taking Propecia tell me that they encounter no negative problems from the drug.
