Dr. Rassman. Are you familiar with Dr. [name removed]? He seems to do incredible work artistically, but he seems awful aggressive in transplanting and his marketing techniques seem a little shady. What is his reputation in the hair transplantation indusrty? Is he trustworthy? I am considering him because he has a local office.

I make a point not to react to questions like this on a specific basis, but you list many of the elements of a doctor that are critical in the doctor selection process. Aggressive and shady are two negative descriptions. I generally recommend that you stay away from any doctor who you do not trust. Having a local office is the worst way to gamble on your looks for the rest of your life. I use the words confidence, trust, integrity, reputation, artistic, etc.

I do offer a travel reimbursement program if you qualify, so even Los Angeles is not that far away.
