I am a 28 year old female and was in a fight a few days ago and had a handfull of my hair pulled out from the back if my head about the size of a 50 cent coin..could you tell me if it will ever grow back?

How long does the process take for your hair to grow back if it was pulled out in chunks? I got in a fight and never lost so much hair since and it is in spots. What are the possibilitys of it not growing back? Is there anything I could do to make the process faster? and is it possible stressing over it is going to make more hair loss?
I was assaulted and my hair was pulled out of my head too. I am missing enough that I filled a 1 gallon zip lock bag. It happened April 30th and my hair still isn’t growing. I has tried everything and now my dermatologist has given me hydrocortizone drops to try and help. The bald spots are huge and still slick as a baby’s butt. What other suggestions do you have. Shouldn’t I have something by now? What is the estimated time before I should at least get stubbles. P.S. The girl was a stranger to me and got 10 days in jail. I’m going to sue her too.
Yesterday, my son(20 months) got a hold of my husbands power drill( while he was fixing some equipment) and pushed the trigger, my husband went to get it, he turned and my 4 year old little girl was sitting there. The drill grabbed a hold of her hair and pulled a big chunk out. Some spots look bald. Do you think it will grow back? There are still some stubs. please help. is there anything i can do?
