Have you tried any of the topical creams that are on the market?

The only topical cream/ointments/solutions which have some scientific data for hair regrowth or hair loss prevention is Rogaine (minoxidil). Many other topicals which are sold may have Minoxidil in them as the main ingredient for hair growth. Many of these contain a series of ‘herbs and spices’ that may have some value (who really knows?). Many of the topicals that have Minoxidil as the main ingredient are far more expensive than the standard minoxidil sold in drug stores and super markets as generic minoxidil.
