I am taking a GNC product called Ultra Nourish Hair which contains 1200 grams of biotin along with other vitamins, and the box says to take 2 pills a day. My question is, would this product help me alot to grow my hair longer, faster, and stronger? Please let me know if I’m using a good product or not!

I don’t know if this Ultra Nourish Hair will help your hair to grow stronger or faster. There are numerous hair products out there that claim to give the best hair growth result. I really have my doubts with the many claims from numerous commercial products out there on the market for hair growth. To treat male pattern baldness, I recommend Propecia as the best medication for men to prevent or regrow hair in the appropriate patient with the correct diagnosis. Ultra Nourish seems to have biotin in it, having marginal value if any, in people who are well nourished.
