During August I went out with a friend to a fireworks show. When I came back it was pretty late and after a while, the top of my head started to hurt. There was a bump on the top of my head and my guess was that it was a pimple (because it felt oily). I’m 17 so it’s common. Anyways, it never stopped hurting for a week and during that week I started pulling out my hair out of the area where the bump was. Now there’s a bald spot of maybe 1.5-2cm in diameter. It is now October (about 2 months passed) and I only have a tiny bit of hair growing back in the center of the bald spot. Will hair ever grow back or is this permanent? Thanks in advanced.

If there is no active infection and the ‘bump’ is gone, then leave it alone and it will probably grow back.
