Six years ago I experienced an episode of telegon effluvium and lost 30% of my hair. After 6 months it returned to “normal.” Now I am noticing a significant increase in hair loss again. My question is… is it possible that the hairs falling out now are on a “cyle” due to the first episode? Specifically, could they have all gone through anagen together and are now falling out together again?
