Not if you don’t burn your skin. Boiling water, perhaps — just a hot shower, no.

wich is more better er for hair and scalp hot or cold water…??
Hot Water damages hair!!!It does this by stripping it of natural oils and causing dryness which will lead to split ends and breakage.I would suggest washing hair with lukewarm - cool water to prevent drying. If you must take a hot shower put on a leave in conditioner before showering and use a showercap to protect the hair.
