This man came to see me after he had a hair transplant with an unbalanced hairline. His temples were also transplanted with the hair placed perpendicular to the normal direction. I recommended that we extract these hairs using FUE and then transplant them in the correct direction. I just wanted to show how important it is for the doctor you choose to actually have an understanding of the direction hair naturally grows in, so that you can have the most natural looking results possible.
