Hello,I am losing eyelashes in my left eye. I don’t use mascara or any kind of make up. Please help me.

Yes, I to am losing my eyelashes, mostly in my left eye. I did have permanent eyeliner applied about four years ago and I think it all started then. Now what can I do now? Are there any products that I can use that will help new growth? What wood you suggest? Thanks for your time. KK
