I was hoping you could explain to me what exactly is “aggressive” MPB versus “normal” MPB? How would you diagnose or differentiate between the two?

You may be relating the rapidity of the loss that occurs with genetic balding. Some people bald faster than others and this is mostly a genetic process. To make sense out of your question, I would have to see you and examine you myself.

Does Minoxidil come in a generic form like Propecia (Proscar)?
Is Minoxidil the same as Propecia in the sense that you really, really shouldn’t miss any doses?
It’s very easy to take a pill every day, but when it comes to applying a liquid / foam / cream externally up to 2 times a day, I could imagine myself skipping it every few days. I think it’s hard to maintain consistency compared to taking a pill.
If I have to be just as disciplined with Minoxidil as I am with Propecia I think I’ll have to reconsider it.
