I just had a recent patient stop by my Los Angeles office to bring me a custom cake (the design of the head was made of frosting). This is a beautiful (HUGE) treat, and my staff and I are enjoying it as I am typing this. Just a fun surprise that I wanted to share with my readership. The cake could feed 50 people so my staff ended the day by bringing cake home for their family and kids. Click the photo to enlarge.
