What can we do about the facial edema we get from minoxidil? Is there any way to minimize or reduce the swelling, especially upon waking up?
Stop using minoxidil if you have developed facial edema from it. It may be a serious sign of an allergic reaction. You need to discuss this with your doctor, as there may be other medical problems you are not aware of.
