Hello Doc.My skin specialist claims that if proscar is cut into pieces and swallowed, the substance can be damaged on it’s journey down to the intestine.
Is this true?
I don’t believe this is the case and I haven’t read anything about this in medical literature.
Hi Doctor,
I’m a 24 yeard Old Guy and just had a consultation with one of the doctors and he prescribed me to take Propecia (1 mg). As the cost was too high he asked to take finasteride (5 mg) by cutting into 4 pieces and to consume single piece a day.
I’m worried and concerned about this, Consuming 1.25 (or) 1.00 mg of finasteride/propecia does it have side effects on me ?
Please Give me some suggestions.
