A patient presented with balding today and asked about his unusual looking hair tail in the back of his head. I have never seen one as pronounced as this, so I thought I would share it with my readership. This is an unusual genetic variance and of interest, he is losing the neck hair around it.

I’m experiencing something very similar to this, I’m losing hair on both sides of my neck. Is this a normal symptom of MPB or something different that I should be looking into?
Thanks
