has anyone used BIO-FEN PlUS? It’s a all natural veggie capsule? Any side effects?
From their website, Bio Fen Plus contains:
- Fenugreek seed extract
- Saw palmetto berry extract
- Flax lignans
- Vitamins B5, B3, B6, and B2
- Folic acid
- Biotin
None of these ingredients have been proven to treat male pattern baldness. It is a supplement, but even supplement can have side effects. See the recent post — The Harm of Dietary Supplements.

Biofen worked really well for me. I am post-chemo (FEC-T; 6 rounds) and it is amazing how fast and how thick my hair returned. In only a few weeks, actually. I’m a 34 year old female. No baldness issues before chemo, but I did have rather thin hair before and it is coming back much thicker. I am pretty sure this has to do with the biofen instead of some extremely rare case where post-chemo hair comes back thinker. Try it, but make sure to also take B-vitamins with it. Apparently, this is necessary according to the packaging in Biofen.
