Are scalp pimples an indication of hereditary hair loss?
Simply put — no. Scalp pimples may reflect small infections in single hair follicles. Most times they take care of themselves, but sometimes they swell, at which time you should soak them to help them drain.

I have the pimples on my scalp. I having hair loss problem in specially infront n middle.kindly advise.
My hair started falling off six years ago after I had my daughter. It is very itchy and I have a lot of gray eventhough I am in my mid-thirties. Also i do have some little bumps from time to time on my scalp. Please help, I have been to dermatologidt, and they did not find anything wrong with my scalp. I have taken supplements, but it does not improve.
did alot of reading, scalp pimps caused by balding hormone that produces too much oil and clogs your pores. i have very short hair, like 1-2 mm.
i used a back scrubber with coarse bristles and gently exfoliated my scalp with shampoo everyday. no more pimps. the key was the manual removal of dead skin and oil resulting in the uncloging of pores.
