I have a question about propecia. I am using 0.5mg propecia a day and love it. It has worked great for me but i will be having an operation soon. I am getting my right leg lengthened using limb lengthening. Will it be ok to continue using propecia? Will propecia have any negative effect on my bone healing? Because ive heard dht plays a role in bone healing but then again women bones heal as well. thanks

I would think that taking Propecia (possibly skipping the drug for the day of surgery) should not be a problem. Check with your doctor and/or surgeon, of course.
