I found this on Regrowhair.com concerning weightlifting and hair loss. What is your opinion on this statement? regrowhair.comIve seen this debate a million times, and i do lift weights..However, i also take propecia, and have been for about 9 months.
You can lift weights and exercise and you will not lose more hair. If you lose hair it is most likely due to genetic causes which you cannot control. I don’t know what else I can add to the topic.
