I also have had the red eyes and face having a haggard appearance attributed to after 8 months of minoxidil use, please post this on the front page of the site so other guys dont go through this! besides propecia works better and rogaine is not effective anyways
I don’t know what you looked like before or after, so we’ll have to take your word for it that you look haggard now. I can’t say for sure if minoxidil did this to you — did you start drinking? Missing sleep? Stressed at work? Honestly, these are important questions (as are many other things that can be asked) to get to the root of the problem, but since you’ve clearly made up your mind on the cause, you should stop the minoxidil.

I dont drink any alcohol…tea only , sleep 7-9 hours at night, eat very healthy, exercise , stress? yes at times…but then again who doesnt in life? and had stress prior during and for a while much worse may I say after using the minoxidil when I saw the dark circles and a haggard look , and I point you to your medicle article that talked about collagen levels affected my minoxidil here http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/8844127 collagen making up alot of what wrinkles your face and makes or breaks skin aging signs or under eye symptoms etc, luckily , by stopping the rogaine….and continuing with the very same regimen a good diet etc, rest exercise and still using the propecia it has improved alot and I now no longer look haggard but the dark cicles are there just a slight touch albeit a lot less. A concrete bona fide relationship? I dont know, then again the article mentions about minoxidil lowering collagen levels right? luckily I stopped using it and read other blogs with people mentioning dark circles under their eyes to the extent of looking like as one guy put it “a boxed cow” ,…. not me
Im not sure about cow boxing but do feel that Minoxidil has led to the formation of black rings and wrinkles under my eyes. My skin was better before and looks strained.
