I noticed pimples without pus in the transplanted area about 45 days after the surgery. Some transplanted hair fell off with pimple at one end. Is this normal?
This shed could be the expelling of remnants of the original recipient area. It could be folliculitis as well. If there is more than one or two of them, your doctor should see your scalp and give you an opinion on what you have and what to do. See your hair transplant surgeon.
