I have facial hair that i have notice that are bald spots and more are comming up. I have no scars, cancer or any of the sort. Now they are spreading to my beard where i trim but dont shave. They start small then seem to to get lager. Should I be worried abput this? What do you suggest I should do?
Yes, you should worry. You really need to see a dermatologist and find out what this is. It might be alopecia areata, as this is the way it could start. See National Alopecia Areata Foundation for more.

I think it is an issue of using a trimmer to shave, I have the same issue, this occurs on sites where the clipper pulls a few hairs. they appear to be getting bigger because this occurs comonly, I have a hole in my mustache area the size of the one i had on my cheek for a month about 3 moths ago..

I’m not trying to scare him, but it doesn’t sound like an issue with a trimmer. If the spots are spreading, that isn’t good. It could just be an infection or it could be something like alopecia areata (like I said). It’s not life threatening…
