My hair has been pulled out in a fight 12 weeks ago & is showing no signs of growing back. Please can you advise

I would expect that the hair should regrow within 4-8 months of the incident. Be patient and wait it out.

im afraid some roots have been damaged that badly but you can consult a hair loss doctor and see if a non surgical method can solve your problem. most likely you’ll need a hair transplant with that.
