Can topical Minoxidil affect the sex desire, impotence or the erections ability of someone? Are there any facts, or have you heard something about that?

Nope, sexual side effects are not from minoxidil. Chest pain, rash, increased heart rate… those are related to minoxidil. A full list of side effects can be found here.
