Fake emails:
I’m receiving quite a lot of questions from obviously fake email addresses lately (a@yahoo, joe@yahoo, etc). This wouldn’t be an issue if the questions were unique, but when you ask a question I’ve already answered a few times on this site, I’d rather just email you a link to the previous answers. Fake email addresses make this hard to do, since the message bounces back. Oh, and emailing me again a few days later with the same fake email address asking the same question does nothing to help the situation.

Provide information:
Helpful info to include in your message would be your approximate age and sex. In many cases, my response about male hair loss and female hair loss are entirely different and the same goes for a teen vs a senior — so having this info will help me target my response better.

Same questions:
Before sending your question, I urge you to use the search box in the upper right to make sure it has not already been answered. This will hopefully help you to get your response quickly (since it is already available).
